I have been making jewelry and beading for over 15 years, and without any hesitation; This is the best store of its kind in or around the Louisville area. Bead stores often boast about the great prices and large selection. After Glow delivers both. Since their recent expansion, the selection of beads and supplies has grown into the largest, best stocked bead store I have ever shopped. They have quality products, at reasonable prices. The counter - sales people are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. While you may be able to buy cheaper on-line, you never really know what kind of quality you will get. At After Glow, everything is beautifully laid out and grouped so you can see all merchandise easily. Whatever their doing, their doing it right!

over priced beads by Kathy S. at InsiderPages
This is a very large bead store, with a great selection, but their prices were twice what I would pay on-line including the shipping charges I would have to pay on the Internet. I shopped here when the store was in the middle of an expansion and wondered why they wound not close up for a few days to do that. The location is hard to find parking and I will not go back unless it is for a small number of specific beads I need for a project.
