I have to say we don't have enough contemporary, modern feel clubs/discos/restaurants, what have you. But MAkers MArk is totally the spot - minus the people (sorrryyy) as you know they either ruin or make the place better. I love going to Makers mark for a couple of drinks with my friends but then again, when I look around, we always leave pretty soon after that.....

I hosted a Bachelor Party here last weekend: Mediocre service, WAY overpriced food with no lesser expensive options on the menu. The cheapest entree was 20.50; they didn't even have a burger on the menu. The deal was cool, we drank half price from 11-1 and the bachelor drank free, however... when 11PM rolled around, we found out that only some items were half price, NOT INCLUDING MAKERS MARK!! I had to drink Jack Daniels... let me just slap Kentucky in the face. Also, the drinks we did get didn't have any booze in them. We had to send back several drinks because the bartender forgot to add the alcohol, and when he did add it... it may have been a 1/4 oz. All in all, this place was shit.‎

everything about this place, aside from the decor, is TERRIBLE. Rude host staff, rude serving staff, and rude bartenders. The food took over thirty minutes and was barely adequete. I asked to speak with a manager and was met with a confused baffoon whom I later found out was actually the assistant general manager. As a Makers Mark Ambassador I am embarrassed by this place and will NOT be returning.
