My family & I have been going to Dr. Rose's practice for over 13 years (back when it was still Dr. Smith)..over the last several years, he has called me several times (at the last minute) to re-schedule my cleanings for various reasons..(mostly to coach a game)..get your priorities straight! Today, I had to call & reschedule my cleaning for myself & my son because he woke up with a fever & tummy ache. When I called to cancel, I was treated very rudely & informed of the required 24 hour cancellation policy...well, I can't know in advance when my son might wake up sick. The lady on the phone was very rude & said we wear gloves & mask so you can still bring him. Sorry, LADY! I am not dragging a sick 5 year old in to be miserable to save you a cancellation! Fine..Charge me the cancellation fee! WE are taking our family of 4 plus extended family business to another dentist that can treat us better! They are not very child friendly to begin with....but we have tolerated it, because we have such a long history with the office. I recommend finding another dentist from the LOOONG list of them. Especially if you have children needing cleanings.
