We were recommended to Mathis Flowers by my sister-in-law and it has been the best choice we could ever make. We have talked to Lisa several times and told her what kind of occasion we wanted to send flowers and about how much we wanted to spend. After that we just used her guidance and everyone has been thrilled with the flowers they received. The last time we called Mathis Florist was a just a few weeks ago for an anniversary of 47 years or so. They were delivered right on time -- we know because they called around telling everyone about the gorgeous flowers they received. We got the nicest thank you from the happy couple for those flowers. They said in the card they were so beautiful it was hard to find the words to describe them. They were bursting with color and the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen. They commented on how they stayed beautiful for such a long time. Longer than most flowers usually do. They were overwhelmed by how wonderful the flowers were and the flowers gave them such joy. As usual, Mathis Flowers and Lisa did a great job! I never noticed the review section before, but I was online getting the 800 number for a friend -- obviously we are happy customers.

I placed an order online for a plant to be delivered to a friend who had lost his grandmother. My order was to be delivered the next day to their home, but was not. I checked my email when I arrived home as I normally do and found an email from Mathis florist stating they did not have my plant and I would need to select another. You can understand my frustration due to the fact that no one bothered to contact me by phone and that my plant had not been delivered also they had already debited my account for the balance due prior to providing service.I wrote the florist back and chose another plant but also called the florist and left a message to have someone call me first thing the next morning. when I had not received a call by one that following day. I called them and at that time I was put on hold for 8 minutes so I called back. When finally talking to a salesperson i was told that they had not yet delivered the plant that was to be delivered the previous day and I was told that I was not a priority(their words exactly). To sum things up do not use this florist- they have horrible customer relations and do not consider paying customers a priority!

Placed an order for a loved one who passed away and was so embarrassed by the arrangement and the price. Will never order anything from there again. Called back to complain and customer service was very dissatisfying.

It is a convienient neighborhood florist... it is much too small & overpriced for what you get.... they need to be more competetive ..often I have recieved a recording when attempting to place an order

PROS: the beautiful window displays & friendly workers
CONS: to expensive & too small
