Personnel at this Office - Very Rude & Discourteous
Just because someone may be in need of services offered by this department, does not mean that the office personnel has to treat a person applying or asking questions like a second class citizen.
In a recent visit to this facility, it was my misfortune to come in contact with a most disagreeable employee with whom I had to speak with in order to see a Social Worker. I realize that this office probably gets a lot of traffic, but still that is no excuse for the person sitting behind the front desk and the same one who answers calls for this office to be rude, and/or discourteous to clients. I wish there was another office I could go because I dread every time I have to call this office or deal with the personnel at the front desk. Perhaps a little retraining in the area of Customer Service attitude, might help this person? Or even perhaps a little 'anger management' review?
Quite frankly, I'm not sure that the person specifically that I refer to has a serious command of the English language, though I know for a fact that the person is from the local area. I know I would like to have a job, been looking for a job... and I know better than to treat customers or clients the way I was treated in this office. THUMBS DOWN!!!
